Directions for use
1) coupling
UltraMILD monomers should be used. To avoid the exchange of iPr-Pac groups on dG with acetyl groups, UltraMild Cap Mix A was used.
2) Take off protection
Deprotected with 30% ammonium hydroxide for 2 hours at room temperature. Note: BHQ-3 is unstable to methanol solution in potassium carbonate.
