Product Introduction
5'-luciferase CE phosphamide, derived from the single isomer 6-carboxyl luciferase, 5' -hexachloroluciferase CE phosphamide (HEX) and 5' -tetrachloroluciferase CE phosphamide (TET) can be used to effectively label oligonucleotides. Labeling of the 3' end of an oligonucleotide with fluorescein can be achieved using 3' -fluorescein CPG. When any of these carriers are used, standard cleavage and deprotection of fluorescein labeled oligonucleotides are performed with ammonium hydroxide.
