Product Introduction
Texas Red, also known as Sulforhodamine 101, is a traditional but still commonly used red fluorescent dye. Texas red molecule with sulfonic acid ion, water solubility is very good, fluorescence is also very bright, can be used to develop expression of very low antigen. Texas Red DHPE is a phospholipid labeled on the head with a bright Red fluorescent Texas Red dye with a maximum excitation/emission wavelength of approximately 595/615nm. Rhodamine-labeled phospholipids are used as tracers of membrane transport and hepatocyte lipid processing during endocytosis. Texas Red-DHPE is primarily used as an energy transfer acceptor for NBD, BODIPY, and fluorescein lipid probes. The longer emission wavelength of Texas Red dye provides a good separation of donor and acceptor emission signals in resonance energy transfer microscopy. This technique makes it possible to visualize the ATP-dependent fusion of liposomes with the Golgi.
