Directions for use
1) coupling
The vector should be used in the same way as the normally protected nucleoside vector because it contains DMT groups.
2) Take off protection
Release of the oligonucleotide from this support required reaction with ammonium hydroxide for at least 20 min at room temperature. Deprotection is accomplished using the base-specified method. Note that the use of methylamine in the quick deprotection manual can cause the dye to degrade and is therefore not recommended.
