Directions for use
1) coupling
There is no need to change the standard method recommended by the synthesizer manufacturer.
2) Take off protection
Ammonium hydroxide was used and deprotected according to the methods specified for the bases. When AMA is used, a small amount of non-fluorescent impurities are formed. In order to remove the impurity, firstly, the impurity was deprotected with ammonium hydroxide for 30min at room temperature, then 40% methylamine was added at the same volume, and then the deprotection was completed according to the specified method of base, such as 65℃ for 10min or standard base for 2h at room temperature.
