Product Introduction
As a chemical luminant for direct chemiluminescence immunoassay, it is used for the detection and analysis of antigens, antibodies, proteins, etc. In the process of detection and analysis, no additional catalyst is needed. When NSP-DMAE-NHS is oxidized by H2O2 in alkaline medium, it passes through an intermediate of ketone dioxide to produce electrically excited N-(3-sulfo propyl) acridone. When it returns to the ground state, it releases photons at 430nm.
